3. My Peggy Peg!
This blog is about living with enteral feeding and other issues related to health care which crop up along the way! I am not a medical professional although for many years I was a paediatric nurse (Registered General and Registered Sick Children's RGN/RSCN).
I would be delighted if you would like to share your story of living with enteral feeding on the blog and so please feel free to email me with your "story"! I will then add it to the blog for everybody else to read! This might be your life or your experiences of caring for a child or older person who is fed enterally.

5. Action For Kids
Action For Kids is a national charity helping children and young people with physical disabilities and learning disabilities. We transform young lives not only by supplying wheelchairs and mobility equipment, but by providing real opportunities for work and training.
We provide mobility equipment to children and young people up to the age of 26. We raise funds to supply equipment that is not normally available on the NHS, such as sophisticated powered wheelchairs which enable the user to stand up or travel long distances. Unlike other charities, we don’t merely supply the equipment: we also offer a maintenance and repair program to keep wheelchairs in tip-top condition.
Action For Kids provides work related learning and office experience for young people with physical learning and difficulties aged 14 – 26. Students come to our head office to do real work in a real workplace. We also offer an Outreach program, teaching work related learning in special needs and mainstream schools.
Our Family Support Services department provides a Helpline for families, providing practical advice or just someone to listen and understand. The Action For Kids Helpline: 0845 3000 237.
Action For Kids relies entirely on voluntary funding, so we need every penny that is kindly given to us by private individuals, corporate donors & charitable trusts. Please give generously and give a disabled young person independence today.
