1. Suffolk Spartans
Suffolk Spartans offer a powerlifting sports club to all ages and abilities. We have members with a range of disabilities and some with none at all. The club is friendly and welcome and a great social group. We have links with local organisations so if members wish to take up serious competition this is possible and we currently have three British Champions within the regular members. Please Note: Competition is only available for anyone aged over 14. The club train at East Bergholt Sports centre which is in the grounds of the High School.
