Go! Penzance is a shopmobility scheme which allows anyone with a mobility problem, whether temporary or permanent to access Penzance.
Based at the Wharfside Shopping Centre, the scheme loans powered scooters and manual wheelchairs for people who visit our town for shopping, to see the landmarks or enjoy the leisure and cultural side of Penzance.

A membership scheme is in operation. With this you pay an annual fee then a reduced fee each time you use a piece of equipment. Casual users are welcome and are charged for each visit.

Shopmobility Belfast is a charity, which provides FREE daily hire and long-term hire of the following equipment:
* electric scooters,
* powered wheelchairs,
* manual wheelchairs.
Our service is open to EVERYONE who finds access to the city centre difficult, including people with disabilities, older people or those who, due to accident or illness, find themselves with temporary mobility difficulties.

8. Hillingdon Shopmobility
Hillingdon Shopmobility has been based in "The Chimes" since March 2001. The scheme has 22 electric scooters, 6 powerchairs, 20 manual wheelchairs and a 4 wheeled walker with a seat - all of which are becoming an increasingly common sight in and around Uxbridge town centre.
Monday to Saturday between the hours of 9.15am and 4.30pm the service aims to give freedom and independence to anyone with limited mobility even if they are not registered as disabled. Shopmobility tries to cater for all its customers' needs - as well as the mobility equipment, customers can also borrow folding walking sticks and blankets. There is an assisted shop facility for unaccompanied wheelchair users and in addition to this, we offer escorts who will guide our customers who have sight impairment.

Newbury Shopmobility has 15 manual wheelchairs, 3 powered wheelchairs and 16 electric scooters available. An escort can be provided if you require, but we need notice for this. There is parking for orange and blue disabled badge holders, and a wheelchair accessible toilet is available.

10. Sutton Shopmobility
Sutton Shopmobility is a charity based in the St Nicholas Centre carpark, offering a manual wheelchair, electric wheelchair and powered scooter loan service for people with mobility problems. Sutton Shopmobility can also provide an Assistant Service for visually impaired people and nervous/first time wheelchair or scooter users.
