Disabled Holiday Information is a charity providing free information (researched by wheelchair users and carers actually visiting and assessing places included) for anyone with mobility issues to assist with choosing really accessible holidays including accommodation, attractions and activities.

3. The Lin Berwick Trust

We build self-catering holiday accommodation for people with disabilities, their families or carers.
At present we have two holiday cottages, one in Norfolk and one in Scotland. They are both fully equipped to the highest standard of accessibility and have been awarded Access Exceptional from VisitBritain. They are open all year and are let on a weekly basis. We are currently raising money to build a third cottage in the West country.

5. Caravanuser

CaravanUser has been set up with Lottery funding to enable disabled people get back to work by filming caravan parks and businesses. The information collected is then sent to the National Caravan Council to add to their database of caravan parks.
Caravanuser is a great website that is developing videos and and 360 degree Panoramic photography to give people with a disability (and those without) a clearer idea of just what to expect when they go on a trip ... The project is still in its infancy but Caravanuser, supported by Lottery Funding, plans to grow in to other areas of holiday accommodation and business too. Could you use them to show off your business?

Holidays for Disabled People
Respite for Carers. 3H Fund is a charity that makes it possible for disabled people, children and adults, to have memorable and fulfilling holidays. We produce well researched Access Guidebooks based on REAL VISITS to London, Paris and Israel and the Palestinian Authority. The guidebooks are (we think) unique in that they include integrated information about travelling and getting around, accommodation and access to places of interest in one volume.

Flying with Disability is a site designed to provide impartial information and advice to all disabled people around the world who travel by air.
Flying with a disability need not create any hindrance to your journey. Many automatically assume that just because a person has a disability it will inevitably restrict their opportunity to travel around the world.
This need not be the case. True, flying with a disability is slightly more complicated than for an able-bodied flier. Nevertheless, the majority of all airlines are now geared towards catering for disabled fliers.

10. BATH Respite Holiday Scheme

This service is funded by Social Services to enable residents in the Borough with disabilities who could not otherwise afford a holiday to get away for a respite break.
