1. Living With Brittle Asthma
My name is Joey, I'm twenty-six, I'm a published author. I write teen crime novels, so far I've completed six and am currently working on my seventh - a different type of book, but I'm hoping my "fans" will like it. I live with three chronic conditions, type one brittle asthma (BA), M.E/CFS and Fibromyalgia (FMS), because of them I am in a wheelchair full time and am, at present, waiting to be moved to more appropriate flat as the one I live in now is only one bedroom and my carer and her daughter sleep on the floor/sofa, they have eighteen months because after that the place I'm living now will be knocked down!
My aim is to start a charity for BA sufferers for research into effective drug therapies and support for those who also suffer with the conditon as there is very little out there in terms of either one of those. The aim of this blog is to show what it's like to live with BA and help educate people who want to be educated and help those who also suffer with either type one or type two realise that although it may feel like it, they are not alone.

We provide information on Fibromyalgia for individuals and medical professionals. We have a General Helpline and Benefits Helpline. On the website there is information and up to date events as well as several forums covering a number of matters to enable people with fibromyalgia to network.

doped up on narcotics to mask the pain rather than treated in an effort to cure our diseases because the medical community as a whole simply does not know how to effectively treat us. 4. Fibromyalgia Support Group for Surrey and Sussex
Sufferers of Fibromyalgia often find themselves travelling a long hard road in firstly getting a diagnosis and then in trying to find out about the treatment of the condition and other information.
Our aims and objectives are to support sufferers and their families by reducing isolation, improving quality of life and empowering people with Fibromyalgia to develop their knowledge, skills and resources to secure a positive future.
We hold meetings and workshops, produce a bi-monthly magazine "Fibromyalgia Focus" with the latest news and information, provide specialist yoga and swimming classes, and a library of useful publications for members.
