Causeway Prospects
1. Causeway Prospects

We think of Causeway Prospects as a mission to people with learning disabilities. There are over 1.4 million people with learning disabilities in the UK; they are in every parish and every community, and they need to know that Jesus loves them. Causeway Prospects provides advice, training and resource materials to equip churches for effective ministry and outreach among people dearly loved by God and often marginalised by society. Causeway Prospects runs meetings at several events and organises training and ministry events all over the UK. With 30 years of experience and a developing range of resource materials Causeway Prospects is well placed to support churches as they meet the needs and challenges presented. We would love to support you and your church in any way we can.

Churches for All
2. Churches for All

Churches are often missing out on a vital piece of the puzzle - a large piece: in Britain there are 9.5* million adults who have a recognised disability - over one fifth of the adult population. A further 700,000* children have one or more disabilities. Actually, 95% of us will experience disability at some time during our life. One day you may well enter your church as a disabled person. Likening the church to the human body Paul, the apostle, wrote: “those parts that seem to be weaker are indispensable.” - the Church is losing out when it fails to include those parts.

Martha Trust
4. Martha Trust

Life-care for people with profound disabilities. Our mission is to provide life-long residential and respite care for people with profound and multiple disabilities, and to provide a high standard of support to their families. We believe that people with profound disabilities are people first who have rights to privacy, choice, dignity and self respect, as well as the right to be consulted and informed and to make choices about their lifestyles. We shall achieve this by: . Providing a happy, safe, comfortable and stimulating home environment based upon a family approach to living . Seeing each person who comes into our care achieve a level of independence equal to their personal potential . Setting and promoting standards of excellence in the care and development of adults with exceptional needs . Ensuring that our staff and volunteer helpers are appropriately qualified, trained and supported . Listening carefully to those for whom we care at all times and promoting open and effective relationships with staff, parents, families and fellow professionals . Upholding and building upon the Trust's Christian values in all areas of our work The Trust looks to God for guidance and inspiration to ensure that Martha continues to develop and is well placed to meet the many new challenges which lie ahead.
