A free postal library of audio books for people who have sight problems, dyslexia or physical disabilities.
Young Calibre Library for under 16s.
Books on MP3 format CDs. People with sight problems have extra option of books on cassette.
Small charge for print catalogues but full catalogue is available on-line.

10. The Rowan Organisation

The Rowan Organisation is an organisation of disabled people which provides disabled people with access to information, services and resources in order to increase their opportunity for independence and enable them to make informed choices about their future. The Rowan Organisation provides support for the Direct Payments schemes in a number of counties in England and Wales.
