Through our services, we are able to defend and empower those who experience poverty and isolation in the community through lack of access to goods and services, equipment and Personal assistants. The DisCASS team, who can show empathy towards the community, have developed a professional service. Our effectiveness lies in our ability to provide a relaxed, friendly atmosphere, where people can feel at ease and speak freely about matters, which concern them. DisCASS also adopts a campaigning role and takes an active part on many local committees, strengthening the voice of disabled people. The DisCASS Mission Statement DisCASS is an organisation, which exists to promote the full social inclusion and rights for all people with impairments, their family members and carers, into mainstream society.
