4 Circles Network

Circles Network was established in 1994 and is a UK wide voluntary organisation with an educational objective to build inclusive communities. Our projects across England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales work directly
with disabled individuals, people with learning differences, and those who are socially isolated or excluded.
Through facilitating the establishment of circles of
support we have provided assistance for many hundreds
of disabled people throughout the UK. All of our work is
based on the Values of Inclusion. In all forms of support,we make use of person centred planning, so ensuring
that the focus person is in control of every aspect of the
planning and changing of their lives.
We educate, train and work with; adults and children,
employers and employees, carers and people cared for
in order to build inclusive communities and improve
people’s lives.
There are a number of projects across the UK that
focus on: Advocacy; Person Centred Planning; Circles
of Support; Employment; Individualised Support;
Direct Payments; Alternative Day Services; and Equine
Facilitated Learning.

Our service is open to EVERYONE who finds access to the city centre difficult, including people with disabilities, older people or those who, due to accident or illness, find themselves with temporary mobility difficulties.

What is the Forum of Mobility Centres? A network of 17 independent organisations covering England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, who offer professional, high quality information, advice and assessment to individuals who have a medical condition or are recovering from an accident or injury which may affect their ability to drive, access or egress a motor vehicle. You can attend whichever centre is the most convenient for you. All Centres offer advice and assessment to people who wish to begin, or return to driving following an illness, injury or accident. They also offer advice with regard to getting in and out of a vehicle and with regard to loading and transporting a wheelchair or a scooter in a motor vehicle. Some Centre's also offer assessment and advice with regard to wheelchair or scooter selection.
