WCB is the umbrella body for visual impairment in Wales. It is an independent organisation for Wales. Our membership consists of organisations concerned with visual impairment. We are unique in having both statutory and voluntary organisations in membership - local authorities and all voluntary groups working in this field in Wales including branches or representatives of U.K. bodies.
